Fairbairn Golf Club
Fairbairn Golf Club, known as “Canberra’s best-kept secret”, is situated on the Fairbairn precinct, located behind the Canberra International Airport. Tricky to find due its secluded location, access to the Club can be found via Glenora Drive, off Pialligo Avenue.
It is a full 18 hole par 70 course with well-maintained grass greens and fairways defined by established pine trees. Fairbairn Golf Club participates at all levels within the district as a fully-fledged and officially recognised golf club with affiliation to Golf Australia and the local district golf associations.
Fairbairn Golf Club currently has over 450 members and welcomes over 20 social golf clubs yearly, including the ACT Veterans Golf Association and the Special Olympics Golf group. The club hosts over 33,000 rounds of golf a year. Located on a former RAAF base, Fairbairn Golf Club has a proud association with Defence and many members are current and former Defence members.
Our clubhouse is a fully licensed bar and a sizable BBQ area to entertain members and guests. It is the perfect venue for your next round of social golf or corporate event.
